To confirm your initial consultation appointment, which lasts 40 or 60 minutes, please follow these steps:

Complete the Form: Carefully fill out all the requested information in the consultation request form.

Choose Date and Time: Select the date and time for your appointment from the available slots. Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email.

By choosing your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the consultation policy outlined below.

Consultation Policy

• Modes of Consultation: The initial consultation can be conducted in person, by phone, or via Google Meet.
• Consultation Agreement and Signature: After correctly completing the form, you will receive a consultation agreement to sign and return via email.
• Preparation for Video Conference Consultation:
  • Ensure you have a Gmail account to use Google Meet.
  • Follow the Google Meet link received by email.
  • Check your equipment (computer, microphone, headphones, camera).
  • Choose a quiet and suitable location to ensure good conditions during the session.
• Cancellation or Modification:
  • Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Fees will be refunded after a $50 deduction for administrative costs.
  • No refunds will be granted for changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation.

• Late Arrival: If you are late, the session will not be extended and will end at the originally scheduled time.
